New version of Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China (Form V.2013) will come into use on September 1, 2013. All visa applicants are required to use the new Form from September 1, 2013. Please fill out the form truthfully, completely and clearly. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of the visa application. Form V.2011A/B will no longer be accepted after October 1,2013
