1. After completing China Visa Online Application Form, you need to book an appointment for visa application submission to the consular office through Appointment for Visa Application Submission website (avas.cs.mfa.gov.cn). Holders of diplomatic and official passport, or applications for diplomatic, official and courtesy visa, or visa applications for Hong Kong SAR of China or Macao SAR of China are exempted from making a visa submission appointment.

2. Please print out the Appointment for Visa Application Submission Confirmation letter (AVAS Confirmation) once you have booked an appointment.

Please Note:

You may have multiple applications to be booked in for one appointment, but please make sure that you have entered each application ID when booking your appointment online. Applications will not be accepted if you did not enter application IDs for the appointment.
