On April 20, Ambassador Wang Xiaolong visited Alpine Export NZ Ltd, Gillard Honey and the Central Economic Development Agency (CEDA) in Palmerston North. During meeting with CEDA, discussions focused on Palmerston North’s strategic planning and measures to leverage its geographical advantages to become one of New Zealand's three major logistics hubs. Ambassador Wang also met with Deputy Mayor Debi Marshall-Lobb and had a working dinner with Mayor Grant Smith of Palmerston North.
